Entry Form Details

To entry your campaign you will need to prepare these elements for the entry form:

  • Image File (JPG) a logo/icon/avatar representing your company or this campaign
  • My Company Name
  • Agency Name, Contact Name and Title of partnering agency on campaign (not required if your agency handled entire campaign)
  • Client/Brand Company Name, Contact and Title, Phone # and Email
  • Media Company Name, Contact and Title, Phone # and Email (up to 5 Media companies)
  • Using 250 words or less, describe:
    • innovations/creativity (250 word or less)
    • tactical approach (250 word or less)
    • effectiveness (250 word or less)
    • why your buzz-worthy campaign should win (250 word or less)
  • Upload media files that best represent your campaign:
